Downtown Manhattan Across the Hudson River
I recently took a casual walk in the beautiful Exchange Place in Jersey City, and I'm excited to share it with you. That afternoon, I was greeted by a picture-perfect scene, with downtown Manhattan's skyline stretching across the Hudson River and the arrival of an NCL cruise ship adding a dynamic touch to the already stunning view.
With spring in full bloom, the trees were lush and green, and the afternoon sun was casting a warm glow on everything it touched. I began to snap pictures of the urban beauty around me, aiming to capture the energy and vibrancy of downtown Manhattan. Just then, I spotted an NCL cruise ship making its way along the Hudson River, gliding smoothly toward the Atlantic Ocean. The sight was both impressive and delightful. I quickly adjusted my camera to frame the large, majestic ship against the backdrop of Manhattan's towering skyscrapers. The result was a few frames of dynamic and colorful shots, showcasing the constant movement and energy of life along the Hudson.
I used the Kodak Elite Chrome 100 film cross-processed with the C41 process.
