Photo walk by the Turtle Back Zoo
Last weekend, I had a nice time on a casual photo walk around the lake near the Turtle Back Zoo. The weather was sunny and warm, and the atmosphere was just perfect for a fun day outdoors. I still had half a roll of Kodak Elite Chrome Film left in my camera from my Atlanta trip, so I decided to use it to capture the beauty of this lovely place.
As I strolled along the trail around the lake, I noticed how lively it was with people jogging, walking, and playing with their dogs. Everyone seemed to be enjoying the warm sunshine, and it made for a cheerful, vibrant scene. One of the highlights of my photo walk was discovering the cute little turtles in the lake. They were resting on rocks and wood logs in the water, soaking up the sun. I think the Kodak Elite Chrome film did a great job of capturing their colors and textures. After the walk around the lake, I headed to the mini-golf course next to the Turtle Back Zoo. It was such a fun place with colorful, whimsical obstacles and a lively atmosphere.
Looking back at the photos, I noticed that they were a bit overexposed. However, I still think they came out quite nicely, with a bright, sunny look that reflects the beautiful day we had. I'm always learning and improving, and I'll remember to adjust my settings next time to get the perfect exposure.
